Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All products from AJ’s Print & Stitch are custom made to order based on the designs and specifications provided by the customer. Because of this, we do not offer general refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or design changes after approval.

However, if an issue occurs due to our mistake (print defect, wrong item, or production error), we will absolutely make it right.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds are given for:

• Customer design errors
• Wrong artwork submitted
• Color differences due to screen settings
• Size selection mistakes
• Change of mind after order approval
• Normal wear and tear

Exceptions:
If we made an error in production (wrong design, incorrect placement, defective print), the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the problem. If approved, we will either remake the item or provide store credit at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size or style changes since items are made specifically for each order.

Exchanges are only considered if:
• The mistake was made on our end
• The item was damaged during production
• The wrong product was sent

Documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift:

• The same custom policy applies.
• No refunds or exchanges for personal preference.
• If a production error occurred, please contact us with your order number and photos.

Shipping returns

Since items are custom, we do not accept returns by default.

If your case is approved due to an error on our part, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on denied return requests.
