We recommend 300 DPI with a transparent background.

We provide high-quality hot peel DTF transfers.

If failure is due to a printing defect on our end, we will reprint. Application errors are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, we do custom embroidery for hats, polos, jackets, hoodies, and more.

We accept most formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG), but artwork may need digitizing for embroidery.

Digitizing is a one-time fee if your design hasn’t been converted for embroidery yet.

Typical turnaround is 3–7 business days depending on quantity and complexity.

We use heavy-duty, weather-resistant vinyl.

Yes, design services are available if you don’t already have artwork.

Yes, banners include grommets unless requested otherwise.

Yes, they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Our standard stickers are not waterproof by default.
Waterproofing is available as an optional laminate upgrade for an additional charge.

The laminate adds an extra protective layer that makes your stickers:
• Waterproof
• UV resistant
• Scratch resistant
• Longer lasting for outdoor use

Without laminate, stickers are best for indoor use only.

We print on high-quality vinyl material, designed for bold colors, sharp detail, and professional results. The finishing option (laminated or non-laminated) determines durability.

Yes, only if you select the laminate upgrade.
Non-laminated stickers are not recommended for outdoor long-term exposure.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days, not including shipping time. Large orders, special finishes, or custom requests may take longer.

Production begins once payment and final artwork approval are received.

All items are custom made to order. Because of this, refunds and returns are not offered.
If we made an error, we will fix or replace the item.
